“Ryan Garcia Sparks Controversy: Compares Smoking Habit to Mike Tyson Amidst Boxing Regulations Debate!”

In the bustling streets of Los Angeles, tensions simmered and sparks flew as Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney faced off in a fiery exchange of words and accusations. Amidst swirling rumors of past drug use, Garcia stood defiant, vehemently denying any wrongdoing while grappling with the weight of scrutiny and suspicion.

As the press conference unfolded, Garcia’s nerves crackled with energy, his determination to prove his detractors wrong palpable in every word he uttered. Yet, amidst the chaos, a poignant truth emerged – the unfairness of boxing regulations when it comes to marijuana use.

In his appearance on the Full Send Podcast, he said, “Yo, what is your premises for this mental evaluation? What am I doing that’s cause for mental evaluation?… Why aren’t they testing Devin Haney? And why you telling me to stop smoking we*d, when you don’t ask Mike Tyson to stop doing shrooms and smoking? You know damn well, he’s getting in that ring high.” While comparing himself to Mike Tyson, the hosts, however, informed Garcia that even Tyson was being stopped from smoking marijuana ahead of his fight against Jake Paul.

So, Garcia complied, “It’s like why is that a problem, but again if it’s rules, it’s rules, and will stop. But I just think that it’s unfair. So that it could be legal in Cali and not here, just like it’s just too much confusion.”

He also added, “Oscar De La Hoya, who’s got huge experience in championship fights. Bernard Hopkins, obviously [Garcia’s] family. So you’ve got to presume that in training that things are going alright… It is four weeks away, the fight, and the closer it gets probably the more chance it has of happening… Maybe inside the room things aren’t as bad as they appear on social media.”

Garcia, emboldened by his belief in justice, dared to challenge the status quo, questioning why he was being singled out for scrutiny while others escaped unscathed. Drawing parallels with boxing legend Mike Tyson, Garcia highlighted the perceived hypocrisy of the system, where some were held to different standards than others.

But beneath the bravado lay a deeper truth – the uncertainty of Garcia’s mental state, a subject of much speculation and concern. Amidst fears that his erratic behavior could jeopardize his upcoming bout with Haney, seasoned promoter Eddie Hearn offered a glimmer of hope, emphasizing the presence of experienced figures in Garcia’s corner.

As the countdown to the fight ticks away, uncertainty hangs heavy in the air, casting a shadow over the much-anticipated showdown. Yet, amidst the chaos and confusion, one thing remains certain – Ryan Garcia’s unwavering determination to overcome adversity and emerge victorious in the face of adversity.
