Recently, a boxing commentator on the social media account 2ToneDaSupastar got into trouble with Gervonta Davis. But worst of all, Shakur Stevenson followed suit and blocked the referee. However, the question is, how did it start?
It all started when Errol Spence Jr. appeared at ringside during Tim Tszyu’s match against Sebastian Fundora. After Fundola’s shock victory, Spence wanted to challenge him for the WBC and WBO belts. However, 2ToneDaSupastar thinks Spence and Davis should have a warm-up match. Of course, Davis took offense at this and replied, “When I lay my hands on you, I will punish you, my God.” Although, that still doesn’t answer the question: Why does Shakur Steed Is Vincent stop him from fighting?
Boxing commentators insist Shakur Stevenson fought
Boxing commentator 2ToneDaSupastar offered some criticism today, saying some fighters, perhaps Shakur Stevenson, like to brag about their skills but crumble under pressure. Stevenson didn’t want to be criticized and came back by saying 2Tone was biased. Unsurprisingly, 2Tone noted that Stevenson’s last opponent, Edwin De Los Santos, achieved a decisive victory, suggesting that Stevenson may need to continue competing and focus on prove himself in the ring instead of arguing with the commentators.
When Stevenson was asked why commentators thought other boxers shouldn’t compete but Stevenson did, 2ToneDaSupastar wrote, “You think everyone is criticizing you for not coming back to Edwin Are you kidding me?” [Edwin’s War for] your legacy. After several responses from other fans, the commenter added, “We want to see it, man.” This angered Shakur Stevenson, who then responded to the speaker by saying, “You fat man, don’t fight.”
Although Stevenson doesn’t want to fight De Los Santos, he promises to be serious in his next fight.
Stevenson faces a German professional boxer
According to ESPN’s Mike Coopeninger, Stevenson is scheduled to face Artem Harutyunyan on July 6 in Stevenson’s hometown of Newark, New Jersey. The fight was for “Sugar” Stevenson’s WBC lightweight title, but nothing was officially announced. Despite this, Stevenson showed what he could do in the next match.
Stevenson tweeted, “We can move forward to July 6.” Haha, I’m changing. I look like I do every day in the gym, and I’m not in a fighting mood. Better bring all his things, because I’m coming for him. This game will be Stevenson’s last as part of a major promotion after transitioning to free agency. Because of this, it looks like 2ToneDaSupastar will lose some block games from Shakur Stevenson and Gervonta Davis. However, the bigger question is, can Shakur Stevenson make up for his mistakes in the upcoming games?
