“Regis Prograis Roars Back: Eyes Championship Showdown With Isaac Cruz”

Regis Prograis, the seasoned pugilist known for his candor and ferocity inside the ring, has once again ignited the flames of competition with his recent declaration. Following his loss of the super-lightweight title to Devin Haney last December, Prograis has set his sights on a championship showdown with none other than Isaac Cruz, the new WBA super-lightweight titleholder.

The boxing world witnessed a seismic shift in the landscape of the super-lightweight division as Isaac Cruz delivered a resounding upset by dethroning Rolando Romero in their WBA title clash. With Las Vegas still buzzing from Cruz’s remarkable victory, speculation arose about Prograis potentially squaring off against Romero next. However, Prograis swiftly quashed any notion of facing Romero, expressing his unequivocal desire for a championship bout against Cruz instead.

In a social media post by Thaboxingvoice, Prograis’s stance became crystal clear when confronted with the prospect of fighting Romero. “F**k Rolly. I want Pitbull for the belt,” proclaimed Prograis, leaving no room for ambiguity about his intentions to reclaim championship glory.

“What’s your thoughts on this Match up?”

He wrote, “F**k Rolly. I want Pitbull for the belt.”

“Regis Prograis is a great fight; that would be an amazing fight. We represent Regis as well, but that would show the level that Dalton Smith is at. But there are lots of big fights to be made. Let’s see.”

The fervor surrounding Prograis’s declaration is palpable, as fans eagerly await his return to the ring in pursuit of championship gold. Alongside the possibility of facing Cruz, Prograis could also find himself locking horns with Dalton Smith, a rising star in the boxing world whose recent victory has put him on the radar of promoters and opponents alike.

British promoter Frank Smith has expressed interest in pitting Smith against Prograis, viewing it as a litmus test of Smith’s readiness for the elite level of competition. While discussions are still in the early stages, the potential matchup between Prograis and Smith holds immense intrigue for boxing enthusiasts, promising a clash of styles and a test of skill.

As Prograis navigates the landscape of potential opponents, the boxing world eagerly anticipates the unveiling of his next move. Will he secure a showdown with Cruz for the coveted WBA super-lightweight title, or will he accept the challenge posed by Smith in his quest for redemption? Only time will tell as Prograis prepares to write the next chapter of his storied career.
