Infamous for Notorious Callouts to Boxers Like Canelo Alvarez, Jake Paul Names Four Fighters He’d Never Fight

Jake Paul’s journey from YouTuber to professional boxer has been nothing short of a spectacle. Since his debut against Deji Olatunji in 2018, Paul has built a 9-1 record with six knockout victories, capturing the attention of both fans and critics alike. Known for his brash personality and fearless callouts, Paul has never shied away from challenging some of the biggest names in boxing, including Canelo Alvarez and Ryan Garcia. However, in a recent interview with Viva La Stool, Paul revealed a more cautious side, naming four fighters he would never dare to face.

The Problem Child’s Real Fears

Despite his bravado, Jake Paul acknowledged the reality of weight classes and skill levels in the boxing world. “Some heavyweights, I wouldn’t agree to fight—maybe a Tyson Fury or Anthony Joshua,” Paul admitted, recognizing the significant height and weight disadvantages he would face against such opponents. This grounded assessment marks a departure from his usual bravado, offering a rare glimpse into Paul’s strategic mindset.

Avoiding the Unstoppable Forces

Moving closer to his own weight class, Paul also ruled out matches against David Benavidez and Oleksandr Usyk, two fighters renowned for their relentless pressure and technical prowess. “David Benavidez is just that nonstop pressure coming forward. You can’t slow him down, and he just throws bombs, switching stances. I mean, that guy’s a menace—that’s why he’s my favorite fighter,” Paul confessed. His admiration for Benavidez’s skillset underscores the respect he has for genuine boxing talent, even if it means admitting his own limitations.

“Logan fought Floyd and I will fight Canelo and show the world why I’m the greatest sports story ever. See you soon Saul,”

Why Canelo Alvarez Won’t Bite

One of Paul’s most infamous callouts was directed at Canelo Alvarez, the undisputed Super Middleweight champion. Paul boldly declared on X, “Logan fought Floyd and I will fight Canelo and show the world why I’m the greatest sports story ever. See you soon, Saul.” Despite Paul’s enthusiasm, Canelo has consistently dismissed the idea, focusing on more seasoned professional fighters. This hasn’t deterred Paul from his mission to challenge the best, but it has left fans waiting for these callouts to materialize into actual fights.

“Some heavy weights, I wouldn’t agree to fight um maybe a Tyson Fury or Anthony Joshua,”

Upcoming Challenges and Trash Talk

While Jake Paul prepares for his November 21 megafight against Mike Tyson, he views his upcoming bout with Mike Perry as a tune-up. In typical Paul fashion, he hasn’t shied away from trash-talking Perry, aiming to get inside his opponent’s head. In a conversation with Ariel Helwani, Paul’s psychological tactics took a bizarre and explicit turn. “I want to be entangled with you forever. I will hit you with a little reach-around brother if you want that,” Paul taunted, leaving the BKFC fighter stunned. He continued, “I am ready to go all the way. You say your hands are bi-sual, my hands are all type of sual. Trisual, bisual, asual, pansual.”

“I want to be entangled with you forever. I will hit you with a little reach-around brother if you want that,” Paul said, stunning the BKFC fighter.

“I am ready to go all the way. You say your hands are bi-s**ual, my hands are all type of s**ual. Tris**ual, bis**ual, as**ual, pans**ual,” Paul added.

Editor’s Note

Jake Paul’s journey in boxing has been a blend of controversy, audacity, and genuine athletic pursuit. His ability to draw attention, whether through shocking callouts or unconventional trash talk, keeps him at the center of the boxing conversation. As he gears up for his next fights, it remains to be seen how his strategies and statements will play out in the ring.

Jake Paul’s candid admission about the fighters he fears offers a fresh perspective on his boxing career. It highlights the balance between bravado and realism, showing that even the most outspoken athletes must acknowledge their limits. As he continues to navigate the boxing world, fans and critics alike will be watching closely to see if Paul’s calculated decisions pay off in the ring.
