George Kambosos Jr. Fires Back at Richardson Hitchins in Twitter War Over “Lick” Comments
The world of boxing is no stranger to heated rivalries and fiery exchanges, and the latest feud between George Kambosos Jr. and Richardson Hitchins is no exception. Following Hitchins’ dismissive comments about Kambosos and his recent opponents, tensions reached a boiling point as the two fighters engaged in a war of words on social media.
In a recent interview, Hitchins didn’t hold back, labeling Kambosos’ previous opponent as a “lick” and questioning the Australian boxer’s credibility. However, Kambosos wasted no time in responding to the perceived slight, taking to Twitter to set the record straight.
“Everybody knew Kambosos was a lick,” Hitchins said
He wrote, “Settle down sh*tchins, go enjoy your 50k purse fighting infront of like 200 people.”
Mocking Hitchins’ upcoming purse and the size of his audience, Kambosos delivered a scathing rebuke, asserting his superiority in both earnings and achievements. “Settle down sh*tchins,” Kambosos quipped, “go enjoy your 50k purse fighting in front of like 200 people.”
Moreover, he also added, “Don’t talk about the 8 figure fighter with all the straps in his big a*s house selling out stadiums & arenas, while your tweeting from your room in mummy and daddy’s house. God bless, broke bum.”
He wrote, “You bum a** weak a** trash a** fighter enjoy these next few checks you can get from the sport and retire you f***ing Bum.”
“Worst undisputed champion in boxing history You clown You would be one of the easiest fights in my career.”
The exchange quickly escalated as Hitchins retaliated with his own volley of insults, challenging Kambosos’ status as a champion and urging him to retire from the sport. Undeterred, Kambosos fired back, offering a playful sum of money to hold his championship belts, a move aimed at highlighting Hitchins’ lack of titles.
As the Twitter spat gained momentum, fans were treated to a spectacle of verbal jabs and taunts, with neither fighter backing down from the confrontation. With tensions running high, the possibility of a future showdown between Kambosos and Hitchins looms large, adding fuel to the already intense rivalry.
