Although James claimed in his lawsuit that he owed Spence 10% of the money and pay-per-view benefits promised in the fight contract, Spence argued in the lawsuit that the April 17, the boxer owes James only 10%.

– Spence and James – The oral agreement did not state that James would receive 10% of Spence’s total gambling earnings, so Spence did not demand that James be paid 10% of the proceeds in relation to gambling resulting from such payments. Jonathan R. Childers wrote his claim.

Spence confirmed that he signed a verbal agreement when he turned to the candidate in 2012 and paid James $250 of his initial $2,500 deposit. Spence claims to have paid James 10 percent of his promoter and candidate contract earnings ever since.

“As Spencer’s popularity rose, so did James’s,” Spencer’s lawsuit said.

As for the bonuses, Spencer gave James a bonus after his comeback against Danny Garcia in Dallas, but he didn’t share the bonus after his unification victory over Yordenis Ugas of Cuba.

“James accepted these payments without complaint,” according to Spencer’s lawsuit.

James said in his lawsuit that Spence received $25 million for his fight with Crawford, and submitted text messages as evidence from February that Spence appeared to accept even though he received $25 million in addition to the $350,000 he previously paid James, he still owes James $2.15 million. In James’ lawsuit, James claims Spence told his coach that “a guy named Al told him the $350,000 was a ‘gift’.” But it doesn’t show that “Al is Spence?” The Creator of Super Boxing Champions Al Haymon.

Spence claims in his lawsuit that in February, six months after Crawford’s loss, James first asked for 10 percent of the game’s revenue.

According to Spence’s lawsuit, he received a 10 percent reduction in his $2.5 million playing contract and a $100,000 bonus.

“Now,” Spencer’s lawsuit states, “the fight between Spencer and James occurred for the 29th time.

“Spence is grateful for James’ long-term support, but regrets James’ recent actions in violating their long-term agreement and exceeding the scope of the James’ services,” Childers said in his lawsuit. James wants to count Spence’s earnings from all his pay-per-view fights, including his big wins against Mikey Garcia, Shawn Porter, Danny Garcia and Ugas.

Spencer countersued, seeking $250,000 or less plus James’ attorneys’ fees.
