Advertiser Bob Arum proclaimed Vasiliy Lomachenko as one of the record-breaking greats following his eleventh round stoppage prevail upon George Kambosos Jr. in Australia on Sunday.
Lomachenko guaranteed the empty IBF lightweight title to improve to 18-3 (12 KOs) and looked as great as could be expected, turning into the main man to stop the extreme Australian Kambosos.

Lomachenko, a future Lobby of Famer, expressed gratitude toward High level, his group, his dad and mentor (Anatoly) and his supervisor Egis Klimas, and when gotten some information about Kambosos (21-3, 10 KOs), said: “I anticipated somewhat more, however all that he did, we were ready for, and I saw it during the battle and I expected to change during the battle, round by round. Lomachenko was then asked who he thought could win Saturday’s heavyweight unification confrontation between Tyson Anger and Lomachenko’s kinsman Oleksandr Usyk in Saudi Arabia on May 18.
“I’m with my companion, I’m with my sibling Oleksandr Usyk, and obviously I wish him to win this battle, and the best man we will win,” said Lomachenko. “This is an exceptionally verifiable second for boxing, for individuals around boxing, and for our Ukraine it’s a vital battle. I will petition God for Oleksandr, and I trust the best man wins.”
