According to ESPN and Michael Benson, the game requires approval from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). The game consists of 8 rounds of 2 minutes each. In addition, first places are allowed to compete. Both fighters wear 14-ounce gloves and no helmets.
